Arts Event: Rhythm to a T
Enjoy some mindfulness and music-making in the comfort of your own home. No skills, experience, or even instruments necessary! Tom, who specialises in drumming workshops for reducing stress and improving confidence, will take you through a video session, showing you how to use household items to create sound. Enjoy the power of rhythm and and music, and surprise yourself with what you can create!

Past Events: Virtual FunEvent
Our Virtual FunEvent took part on Sunday 2nd August 2020. Participants were invited to run, walk, cycle, or take part in the activity of their choice, covering whatever distance they could.
Everyone aimed to start the event together (virtually) at 10am, and it was a wonderful sense of togetherness to see all of the photos and messages come in. Every single FunEvent participant put in a great effort to #gainsometraction!
The aim was to raise awareness of our charity so that people come to know that we are here to offer holistic mental and physical health support to families and carers as well as patients, and we were absolutely thrilled to see so many people taking part, and having fun!
